Gaurav Garden began in 1998 as a small family-run bistro with a simple mission: to serve food that feels like a warm embrace. Founded by the Rossi family, our establishment was built on the grounds of an old olive orchard, preserving the natural beauty that surrounds us today.

Over the past two decades, we have evolved into a premier dining destination, yet our core values remain unchanged. We believe that great food starts with the earth. That's why 80% of our vegetables are harvested daily from our own on-site organic gardens.

Today, Gaurao Garden is not just a restaurant; it's a celebration of life, seasons, and the joy of gathering around a table.
